Additional NetClient CS Instructions

To upload a file using your portal:

  1. Log in to your portal.
  2. Click the “File Exchange” button on the left-hand side of your screen. This will display a “File Uploads” folder in the main area of your screen.
  3. Click on the “File Uploads” folder.
  4. Click on the “Upload” button to select a file. You can drag and drop the file into the window that appears or click “Add files” to browse for a file on your computer.
  5. After selecting your file, click “Start Upload”.
  6. Your file has now been securely transmitted to De Boer, Baumann & Company. To log out, simply click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select “Log Out”.

To download a file that has been sent to your portal:

  1. Log in to your portal.
  2. Click the “File Exchange” button on the left-hand side of your screen. This will display a “File Uploads” folder in the main area of your screen.
  3. Click on the “File Downloads” folder.
  4. Select the file(s) you would like to download and click the “Download Selected” button or simply click “Download All”.
  5. Follow your browser’s instructions to open or save your file(s) to the desired location.
