DeBoer, Baumann & Company, P.L.C. Announces Member Retirement

Mark Veenstra, Managing Partner, recently announced the retirement of Neil DeBoer, CPA, MBA, after more than 40 years of service.

“Neil leaves behind a legacy. We are thankful for his many years of leadership to our team and the positive impact he made on our clients, staff and community,” said Mark Veenstra, CPA. “While we are sad to see him retire, we are excited for what the future holds for him.”

Neil joined DeBoer, Baumann & Company in 1974 and became a Member in 1979. Throughout his 40 years of service, Neil developed an expertise in the area of Management Consulting Services, where he advised family-owned and managed businesses, and assisted companies with mergers and acquisitions. Neil specialized in work with start-up companies, manufacturers and distributors, and professional practices.
