De Boer, Baumann & Company Welcomes New Hire

Max Chittisane joined the team at De Boer, Baumann in 2023 and serves as an IT support specialist for DB&C networks, a division of De Boer, Baumann and Company. He brings seven years of experience to this role. Max specializes in bridging the gap between IT and consumers through troubleshooting and support. He takes a collaborative approach to this position, using mentorship and guidance to help empower users to solve problems. His philosophy is summed up in his favorite quote from Benjamin Franklin: “Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.” 

Described as laid-back yet driven, Max is motivated by a desire to grow and become the best version of himself and takes pride in adhering to the vision and values he sets. In college, he worked to spread awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion of Asian cultural organizations on campus.

Max lives in his hometown of Holland, Michigan, where he appreciates the beach, the lake, and elephant ears during Tulip Time! A study in contrast, Max enjoys adventurous experiences like kayaking, hiking, and trying out new restaurants.
