De Boer, Baumann & Company Welcomes New Hire

Megan Joseph became a member of the De Boer Bauman team in 2023. She earned her degree in accounting from Miami University and brings nearly 40 years of experience in project management and financial operations to her role in our Client Accounting Services department. A hardworking professional with a love for numbers, Megan is skilled at developing cross-department processes that help organizations to meet overall goals efficiently. Her favorite quote from JM Barrie, “Not in doing what you like, but in liking what you do is the secret to happiness,” sums up her generous and easygoing nature.  

Meghan lives in South Haven, Michigan, with her husband, Jean. They have two adult daughters, Jennifer and Carleigh, and she cannot wait to be a grandma! Megan is a big fan of the sun and sand and loves living close to Lake Michigan, and says her ideal travel spot is anywhere with a beautiful beach and good food! When not working, she enjoys just about any activity that lets her spend time with her girls, including walking, biking, and antiquing.
