Lean is a Marathon, Not a Sprint
When you hear of lean enterprise implementation your first thoughts may be to that of failure. Many articles discuss a high rate of lean initiative fails, which leads some to question how to make them successful.
Rick Bohan recently spoke with Industry Week about how he advises companies on making a lean method successful. He explains that many see lean methods as a quick fix when the reality is it needs to become a habit, like quitting smoking or losing weight. The mindset at the top needs to change for the rest of the organization to change.
